Payment methods

All prices on anatolo.de are in euros, including statutory VAT and excluding shipping, which is shown separately in the basket and before placing your order. The order becomes binding when you click “Order with an obligation to pay”. Payment is due when ordering unless the selected method states otherwise. Payments use encrypted connections and PCI-DSS-certified providers; we do not store complete card or bank details.

Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express

Your card is charged when you place the order. Shopify Payments (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland) processes payment with 3-D Secure authentication. No additional fees apply.

PayPal

You are redirected to PayPal and pay using your balance, bank account or saved card. PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, provides the service under its terms. Payment is charged immediately. PayPal Buyer Protection may apply in addition to statutory rights.

Klarna: invoice, instalments and direct transfer

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following options, payable to Klarna:
Invoice: payment is due 30 days after dispatch. Full invoice terms are available from Klarna.
Instalments: pay in fixed monthly instalments. Conditions, interest and term are displayed at checkout and Klarna’s terms apply.
Pay now: a direct transfer from your online banking account.

For invoice and instalment purchases, Klarna checks identity and creditworthiness and shares information with credit reference agencies. See our privacy policy and Klarna’s privacy policy at klarna.com/de/datenschutz. These methods require a positive credit assessment. For withdrawal or return, also report a problem in the Klarna app so the payment deadline can be paused.

giropay

iDEAL

A direct payment through online banking with a Dutch bank, charged immediately.

Bancontact

Payment using a Belgian Bancontact card or app, charged immediately.

Business payment by invoice

After assessment, business customers such as restaurants, butchers and wholesalers may pay by invoice within 14 days. Contact [E-MAIL].

Refunds

Refunds for withdrawal, returns or warranty claims use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. Klarna invoices are adjusted accordingly. We charge no refund fee.

Retention of title

Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
